The old Johnny Lundholm network is still active and firing in the west and Michael Kennedy’s smile says it all after winning on Boot Day. He entrusted Lundholm Lodge with 3 Harry Angel’s last season and with Crook and Keadool already winners we can safely say the family are pleased.

It was a day for local breeders as Peter and Louise Webb won the Boot with a homebred Showtime gelding COMONGIN and Snow. The Webb family continue to race the likes of Brutal Love with us and we look forward to more shared success.

It was definitely a Wellington Boot Carnival for the bush and the future looks bright for the region.
