adminThe run of 2nd’s finally ended today on Dubbo Cup day and it was fitting to have NEST IN THE HILLS connections on course to celebrate.
It was a 2 horse war over the concluding stages and it was the local horse Nest In The Hills who got the bob. There were plenty of cheers and it was great to see the owners on course.
We then completed the winning double with a quinella in Race 5. It was so good to see CAREER CHANGE & NICCOURETTE let rip down the home straight securing the quinella. The stablemates faced off over the short course and Career Change was able to get the upper hand despite the urgings of Keagan Latham on Niccourette. Brooke Stower rates them beautifully.
